This workshop is designed to help top-level leaders develop a high-level understanding of the operating system so that they can confidently engage their team and lead the exploration of this new approach. This workshop is designed exclusively for superintendents, executives from non-profits and governmental agencies supporting school systems, board members and policy makers.
Facilitated in 2 two hour sessions.
The second session will take place at the same time on the following day.

The leadership team offering creates space for participants to apply their understanding of the concepts, reflect on their past and current experiences, and interact more frequently with a cohort of peers. Designed exclusively for superintendent leadership and extended leadership teams, assistant superintendent and school leadership teams as well as non-profit and government agency leadership teams supporting the public K-12 system.
