We're excited to have you join us for one of our upcoming experiences!

If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so within 7 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation and up to 14 days before the reset or institute starts. In this case, you’ll receive a full refund of the price paid, minus a $50 administrative fee.

We understand that schedules can change! If you can’t make it to a scheduled experience, we offer a one-time transfer of your purchase to a different reset or institute within the same calendar year. You can also reach out to us if you'd like to transfer your seat to someone else.

Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional and powerful experience, which is why we manage our enrollment closely. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel a reset or institute if there are fewer than five participants. If that happens, we’ll work with you to find another date with higher enrollment that works for your schedule, but we won’t offer a refund in this case.
