Working alongside your community leaders and existing partners, the Accelerator team serves as your integrator, helping coordinate expertise, align implementation efforts, and strengthen your community's long-term capability to steward and continuously update its operating system.

Superintendent and cabinet leadership

School board leadership

Cross-functional implementation teams

Key organizational partners

Community stakeholders whose leadership is essential to successful modernization

Additional participants are identified based on the community's goals, governance structure, and modernization priorities.
